The Superhero’s breakfast eggs

Recipe from Oli W, our superhero packer

A handful of spinach, kale, cabbage, celery, fennel or any vegetable you fancy
Butter or oil
2 eggs
hemp oil or roasted pumpkin seed oil
Salt and pepper


Roughly chop Spinach, Kale, Cabbage, Red Cabbage, Celery, Fennel or any vegetable you fancy - Oli likes leafy greens in the morning.

Fry the vegetables in Goats Butter for a couple of minutes.

Then add 2 Organic Free Range Eggs and Fry Season with salt and pepper.

Add Hemp Oil or Roasted Pumpkin Seed Oil for extra Green Power
