Hoisin Glazed Pak Choi Stir Fry Noodles
A sticky Asian-style glaze is the perfect pak choi coating.

- No pak choi? Use cabbage or spring greens instead.

Ingredients:
3 pak choi (quartered)
2 tbsp sesame oil
250 g noodles
1 tbsp sesame seeds
4 tbsp hoisin sauce
4 tbsp water
1 lime
3 spring onions (sliced)
Recipe:
Place a large frying pan over a medium heat and add the sesame oil. Pan fry the pak choi until tender (about 5 minutes).
Add the noodles, hoisin sauce and water to the pan. Stir well to coat and cook for another 5 minutes, until everything is warm and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Add the lime juice, spring onions and sesame seeds. Dish up hot and enjoy.
How to store
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
