Hoisin Glazed Pak Choi Stir fry Noodle

A sticky Asian-style glaze is the perfect pak choi coating.

Substitutes? 

  • No pak choi? Use cabbage or spring greens instead.

Ingredients:

3 Pak Choi (quartered)

2 tbsp Sesame oil

250 g Egg noodles (or noodles of your choice)

1 tbsp Sesame seeds

4 tbsp Hoisin sauce

4 tbsp Water

1 Lime

3 Spring onions (sliced )

Recipe:

  1. Place a large frying pan over a medium heat and add the sesame oil. Pan fry the pak choi for 5 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Add the noodles, hoisin sauce and water. Stir well to coat and cook for another 5 minutes, until warm and the sauce has thicken slightly.
  3. Add the lime juice, spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
