Hoisin Glazed Pak Choi Stir fry Noodle
A sticky Asian-style glaze is the perfect pak choi coating.

- No pak choi? Use cabbage or spring greens instead.

Ingredients:
3 Pak Choi (quartered)
2 tbsp Sesame oil
250 g Egg noodles (or noodles of your choice)
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
4 tbsp Hoisin sauce
4 tbsp Water
1 Lime
3 Spring onions (sliced )
Recipe:
- Place a large frying pan over a medium heat and add the sesame oil. Pan fry the pak choi for 5 minutes, or until tender.
- Add the noodles, hoisin sauce and water. Stir well to coat and cook for another 5 minutes, until warm and the sauce has thicken slightly.
- Add the lime juice, spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
How to store
Store in an airtight container, in the fridge for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
