Quick Apple Pudding

Ingredients:
1 Apple (chopped )
100 g Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
2 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Maple syrup (optional)
Recipe:
- To a blender, add the chopped apple, yoghurt and cocoa powder. If you want the pudding to be sweeter, add maple syrup too. Blend until smooth and divide the mixture into two ramekins. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds in each ramekin, mix to combine and set aside to thicken, for 30 minutes.

Store in the fridge, for up to 2 days.
