Quick Apple Pudding

Ingredients:

1 apple (chopped)

100 g Greek yoghurt

2 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Recipe:

  1. Add the chopped apple, yoghurt and cocoa powder to a blender. If you want the pudding to be sweeter, add maple syrup too. Blend until smooth and divide the mixture between two ramekins.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to each ramekin and mix to combine. Set aside to thicken for 30 minutes, then enjoy.
