Quick Apple Pudding

Ingredients:
1 Apple (chopped)
100 g Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
2 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Maple syrup (optional)
Recipe:
- To a blender, add the chopped apple, yoghurt and cocoa powder. If you want the pudding to be sweeter, add maple syrup too. Blend until smooth and divide the mixture into two ramekins.
- Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to each ramekin, mix to combine and set aside to thicken for 30 minutes.

Store in the fridge, for up to 2 days.
