Simple Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Try this oven-roasted cauliflower recipe for perfect flavour and texture with just a simple seasoning. Vegan? Use vegan butter instead.

Ingredients:

1 Cauliflower

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Unsalted butter (melted )

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Smoked paprika

salt & pepper

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/180c fan/6 gas mark and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Slice the cauliflower into florets and place into the baking tray. Do not discard the cauliflower leaves; slice the leaves and set aside for later.
  3. Drizzle the cauliflower with oil and butter, and toss to coat. Season the cauliflower with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper, and toss again then spread into a single layer.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is caramelised and golden at the edges. The baking time may vary depending on the size of your pieces. If you have cauliflower leaves, add them to the tray half way through cooking too. Enjoy!
