Mango & Mascarpone Crostini

Ingredients:

1 mango

4 tbsp mascarpone

16 crostini

black pepper (to taste)

Recipe:

  1. Peel and deseed the mango, then finely chop the flesh.
  2. Place the crostini on a plate. Top each one with a layer of mascarpone and then mango. Season with freshly-ground black pepper and enjoy!

How to store
