1 mango
4 tbsp mascarpone
16 crostini
black pepper (to taste)
Recipe:
- Peel and deseed the mango, then finely chop the flesh.
- Place the crostini on a plate. Top each one with a layer of mascarpone and then mango. Season with freshly-ground black pepper and enjoy!
How to store
Store the chopped mango separately from the mascarpone and crostini. They should keep for up to 3 days in the fridge.
