Ingredients:

1 Mango

4 tbsp Mascarpone

16 Crostini

black pepper (to taste )

Recipe:

  1. Peel and deseed the mango, then finely chop the mango flesh.
  2. Place the crostini on a plate and top each one with a layer of mascarpone and mango. Season with freshly grounded black pepper and enjoy!

How to store

Store the chopped mango separately from the mascarpone and crostini for up to 3 days, in the fridge.
