Radish Snack

This is a simple way to enjoy radishes on a hot summer day!

Ingredients:

10 Radishes

2 tbsp unsalted butter (at room temperature)

sea salt (to taste )

Recipe:

  1. Wash and clean radishes then trim the ends of any leaves.
  2. Cut each radish 6 times in a cross-hatch pattern along the top, being careful not to cut through the radish.
  3. Plunge in ice cold water and set aside in the fridge for a couple of hours. The longer the better they will open. 
  4. Drain and pat dry, then serve with butter and sea salt.

How to store

Store in ice water, in the fridge, for up to 2 days.
