Radish Snack
This is a simple way to enjoy radishes on a hot summer day!

Ingredients:
10 Radishes
2 tbsp unsalted butter (at room temperature)
sea salt (to taste )
Recipe:
- Wash and clean radishes then trim the ends of any leaves.
- Cut each radish 6 times in a cross-hatch pattern along the top, being careful not to cut through the radish.
- Plunge in ice cold water and set aside in the fridge for a couple of hours. The longer the better they will open.
- Drain and pat dry, then serve with butter and sea salt.
How to store
Store in ice water, in the fridge, for up to 2 days.
