Speedy Radish Snack

Ingredients:
10 radishes
2 tbsp unsalted butter (at room temperature)
sea salt (to taste)
Recipe:
- Wash your radishes, then trim the ends of any leaves.
- Cut each radish 6 times in a cross-hatch pattern across the top. Be careful not to cut the whole way through the radish.
- Plunge your radishes into ice-cold water and set aside in the fridge for a couple of hours. The longer they chill, the better they will open up.
- Drain and pat dry, then serve with butter and sea salt. Enjoy.
How to store
Store in ice water in the fridge for up to 2 days.
