Speedy Radish Snack

Ingredients:
10 radishes
2 tbsp unsalted butter (at room temperature)
sea salt (to taste)
Recipe:
Wash your radishes, then trim the ends of any leaves.
Cut each radish 6 times in a cross-hatch pattern across the top. Be careful not to cut the whole way through the radish.
Plunge your radishes into ice-cold water and set aside in the fridge for a couple of hours. The longer they chill, the better they will open up.
Drain and pat dry, then serve with butter and sea salt. Enjoy.
How to store
Store in ice water in the fridge for up to 2 days.
