Ingredients:
5 tomatoes (halved)
1 red onion (diced)
1 tbsp jalapeno (chopped)
1 lime (juiced)
4 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt (to taste)
tortilla chips (for serving)
Recipe:
- Add the onion, jalapeno, fresh coriander, lime juice and olive oil to a bowl with a pinch of salt. Toss together and set aside.
