Spiced And Fruity Baked Oats

We recently teamed up with The Coconut Collab to bring you their plant-based Choc Pots as a free add-on. And they’ve shared this tasty baked oats recipe that uses them as a pear-fect pairing for any apples and pears you get in your box.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

Total time: 20 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

5 tbsp Plain flour / Oat Flour

1 tsp Maple syrup

½ tsp Baking powder

100 ml Plant based milk

1 tbsp Yoghurt

1 Apple (cubed) / Pear

½ tsp Ground cinnamon

½ tsp Sweetener of choice

Recipe:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C. Mix most of the apple with the cinnamon and sweetener and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, maple syrup, baking powder, yoghurt and milk. Add the apple and cinnamon mixture and mix well.
  3. Add 2/3 of the mix to an oven-proof dish. Pour in the Choc Pot and cover with the rest of the apple mix
  4. Top with the rest of the apple and bake for about 15 minutes. Leave to cool, then enjoy.

How to store

Store in the fridge in a sealed jar or pot.
