Simple Oven Roasted Cauliflower
Try this oven-roasted cauliflower recipe for perfect flavour and texture with super-simple seasoning. Vegan? Use vegan butter instead.

Ingredients:
1 cauliflower
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
salt & pepper
Recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas mark 6 and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- Slice the cauliflower into florets and add them to the baking tray. Slice the cauliflower leaves and set aside for later.
- Drizzle the florets with olive oil and butter, and toss to coat. Season the cauliflower with garlic powder, smoked paprika and salt and pepper, then toss again and spread the florets into a single layer.
- Bake until the cauliflower is caramelised and golden at the edges (about 15-20 minutes). The baking time may vary depending on the size of your pieces. You can add the cauliflower leaves to the baking tray half way through cooking, too. Enjoy.
How to store
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
