Hoisin Glazed Pak Choi Stir Fry Noodles
A sticky Asian-style glaze is the perfect pak choi coating.

- No pak choi? Use cabbage or spring greens instead.

Ingredients:
3 pak choi (quartered)
2 tbsp sesame oil
250 g noodles
1 tbsp sesame seeds
4 tbsp hoisin sauce
4 tbsp water
1 lime
3 spring onions (sliced)
Recipe:
- Place a large frying pan over a medium heat and add the sesame oil. Pan fry the pak choi until tender (about 5 minutes).
- Add the noodles, hoisin sauce and water to the pan. Stir well to coat and cook for another 5 minutes, until everything is warm and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Add the lime juice, spring onions and sesame seeds. Dish up hot and enjoy.
How to store
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
