Frozen Cherry Chocolate Cups
The perfect summer time treats! These frozen chocolate cups are so easy to make with only a handful of ingredients and zero baking, which is all we need on hot summer days. Pitted cherries mixed with your favourite assortment of toppings, covered in chocolate, and finished with a dusting of flaky sea salt. For the toppings try peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, coffee, jam, coconut, almonds, jam, and cinnamon; but really, the options are endless.
Substitutes:
- No coconut oil? Use olive oil instead.

Ingredients:
10 Cherries (pitted)
150 g dark chocolate
1 tbsp Coconut oil
flaky sea salt
For the toppings (optional):
Peanut butter
seeds and nuts of your choice
Cacao nibs
Jam
Recipe:
Line a baking tray with reusable cupcake liners and pit the cherries. Add the cherries and topping of choice into each liners.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together. Pour the melted chocolate over to mostly cover the cherries and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Freeze until completely frozen, about 2 hours. Remove from the freezer, let sit for 2-3 minutes and enjoy!

Store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
