Frozen Blueberry Yoghurt Bark

A fruity and delicious sweet treat that's fun to make and takes no time at all. It requires just a handful of ingredients and can be kept frozen for up to 2 months.

Substitute:

  • No blueberries? Use strawberries, acai, currants, passion fruit, pomegranates or raspberries. 
  • No maple syrup? Use honey instead. 
  • Vegan? Use vegan yoghurt instead. 
  • No pistachios? Try with walnuts, flaked almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or chia seeds.

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

100 g Natural Yoghurt

2 tbsp Maple syrup (or honey)

100 g Blueberries

50 g Strawberries (chopped )

30 g Pistachios

Recipe:

  1. Line a baking tray, then add the yoghurt and sweetener of choice to a bowl.
  2. Spread the yoghurt onto the lined baking tray.
  3. Sprinkle over the blueberries, strawberries and pistachios.
  4. Place in the freezer for at least two hours, then break into chunks and enjoy!

How to store

Store in an airtight container, the freezer, for up to 2 months.
