Clementine Tahini Vinaigrette

A creamy clementine tahini vinaigrette for salads that is simple to put together and healthy too.


  • No clementines? Use mandarins or satsumas instead. You can also use 2 oranges instead of 4 clementines. 
  • No apple cider vinegar? Try with white wine vinegar or red wine vinegar instead. 
  • No golden syrup? Use maple syrup or honey instead.

4 Clementines

3 tbsp Tahini

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp Golden syrup

Salt & pepper


  1. Zest the clementines directly into a food processor or blender.
  2. Peel the clementines and place them into the food processor along with the tahini, olive oil, vinegar and golden syrup.
  3. Season with a pinch of both salt and pepper and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into an upcycled jam jar or airtight container and use to dress your favourite salads.
