The spritz of the summer, made using our limited edition gin with Penrhos Spritis - Odd Apple, Fennel with a Squeeze of Lemon.

Ingredients:
50 ml Odd Apple and Fennel Gin (37.5% ABV)
50 ml Cloudy Apple Juice
75 ml Sparkling Wine
a splash of Soda Water
1 slice apple
1 sprig mint
Recipe:
Fill a large wine glass with ice.
Pour in the gin, apple juice and sparkling wine.
Top up with soda and garnish with apple and mint.
