Stuffed Padron Peppers

Ingredients:

10 padron peppers

2 tbsp cream cheese

2 tbsp cheddar (grated)

a pinch of smoked paprika

a pinch of salt

Recipe:

  1. Cut the padron peppers in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, smoked paprika together with a pinch of salt.
  3. Spoon the cream cheese filling into the peppers and cook in the air fryer for 6 minutes at 180C. Enjoy!
