Strawberry & Burrata Salad
This simple salad is perfect when strawberries are at their best throughout the summer. Think sweet strawberries, creamy burrata, fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil to finish it off. Give it a go!

Ingredients:
250 g strawberries
150 g Burrata (typically one ball)
8 basil leaves
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp balsamic glaze (or to taste)
salt & pepper
Recipe:
Cut the strawberries in half and add them to a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Toss together and set aside.
On your serving plate, tear the burrata open and place in the middle of the plate. Season the burrata with a little salt too.
Spoon the strawberries onto the plate, over and around the burrata. Scatter over the basil leaves, tearing any larger ones.
Drizzle with more olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Serve with crusty bread, if you like, to scoop up little bites of burrata and strawberries.
How to store
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
