Sticky & Spicy Gochujang Maple Corn Ribs

A spicy twist on a classic corn ribs recipe using the gochujang sauce available in Oddbox Market.

Ingredients:

2 corn on the cob

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp gochujang sauce

3 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp sesame seeds

2 spring onions (chopped )

Recipe:

  1. Boil the corn on the cob for 10 minutes to soften the middle, then cut each corn into four ribs.
  2. Toss the corn ribs in oil, place into your airfryer basket and cook at 180C for 10 minutes, until the ribs curl.
  3. Meanwhile combine gochujang sauce and maple syrup in a small saucepan. Cook over low-medium heat until it bubbles and thickens slightly.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat, then add the corn ribs and toss well to coat. Add the corn ribs to a serving plate and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions. Enjoy!
