Sticky & Spicy Gochujang Maple Corn Ribs
A spicy twist on a classic corn ribs recipe using the gochujang sauce available in Oddbox Market.

Ingredients:
2 corn on the cob
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp gochujang sauce
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 spring onions (chopped )
Recipe:
- Boil the corn on the cob for 10 minutes to soften the middle, then cut each corn into four ribs.
- Toss the corn ribs in oil, place into your airfryer basket and cook at 180C for 10 minutes, until the ribs curl.
- Meanwhile combine gochujang sauce and maple syrup in a small saucepan. Cook over low-medium heat until it bubbles and thickens slightly.
- Remove the pan from the heat, then add the corn ribs and toss well to coat. Add the corn ribs to a serving plate and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions. Enjoy!
How to store
Store in an airtight container, in the fridge, for up to 3 days.
