Odds and Ends Sofrito
These sofrito cubes are perfect for using up any veg odds and ends - you can throw them into pasta sauces or soup bases whenever you fancy.

Ingredients:
½ red onion
½ onion
1 celery stick
1 carrot
1 garlic clove
Recipe:
Cut your veg into large chunks.
Add the veg to a food processor. Blend until finely chopped.
Divide the veg between slots in an ice cube tray. Freeze until you're ready to use them. Enjoy.
How to store
Store in an ice cube tray in the freezer for up to 2 months.
