Ingredients:
½ red onion
½ onion
1 celery stick
1 carrot
1 garlic clove
Recipe:
Cut your vegetables into large chunks.
Add to a food processor and blend until finely chopped.
Divide your sofrito into an ice cube tray. Freeze until ready to use!
How to store
Store in an ice cube tray, in the freezer for up to 2 months.
