A classic, with a touch of oddness. Made using our limited edition gin with Penrhos Spritis - Apple, Fennel with a Squeeze of Lemon.

Ingredients:
50 ml Odd Apple and Fennel Gin (37.5% ABV)
150 ml Tonic Water
1 slice lemon
1 sprig mint
Recipe:
Fill a large glass with ice. Pour in the gin, top with tonic and gently stir.
Pour in the gin, top with tonic and gently stir.
Garnish with a slice of apple and a sprig of mint/fennel
