Mediterranean Puff Pastry Twists

Quick and easy crispy pastry twists with a hint of tomato, basil and garlic from our Oddbox Mediterranean Paste.

Ingredients:

1 ready rolled puff pastry

100 g Oddbox Mediterranean paste 

1 Medium egg / Plant based milk

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/180c F/6 gas mark. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Roll out the pastry and spread the Mediterranean paste over the top half. Fold over the bottom half, and slice the pastry into 8-10 strips. Twist them from both ends to create the shape.
  3. Add to the baking tray, egg wash (or use plant based milk) and bake for 20 minutes, until puffed and golden. Let the twists cool slightly then remove from the tray. Enjoy!
