Maple Harissa Brussels Sprouts
Try this easy Brussels sprouts recipe for a delicious side dish with a twist.

Ingredients:
500 g Brussels sprouts
1 tbsp rose harissa paste
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp olive oil
sea salt
Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 200C/180c fan/6 gas mark and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Add the Brussels sprouts into a large mixing bowl along with the rose harissa paste, maple syrup, olive oil and a generous pinch of sea salt. Mix well to coat.
Spread onto the baking tray and roast for 20 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts are tender. Finish on the grill for a few minutes, or until some of the Brussels sprouts have crisped up. Enjoy!

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
