Maple Harissa Brussels Sprouts

Try this easy brussels sprouts recipe for a delicious side dish with a twist.

Ingredients:

500 g Brussels sprouts

1 tbsp rose harissa paste

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp olive oil

sea salt

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/180c fan/6 gas mark and line a large baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Add the brussels sprouts into a large mixing bowl along with the rose harissa paste, maple syrup, olive oil and a generous pinch of sea salt. Mix well to coat.

  3. Spread onto the baking tray and roast for 20 minutes, until the brussels sprouts are tender. Finish on the grill for a few minutes, or until some of the brussels sprouts have crisp up. Enjoy!
