Green Glow Avocado & Kiwi Smoothie
Creamy, refreshing and chock-full of flavour, this avocado and kiwi smoothie will have your friends green with envy. Perfect for a tasty, energising start to the day or when you fancy a quick pick-me-up.
Substitute:
- No lemon? Use lime juice instead.
- No agave syrup? Swap in honey or maple syrup.

Ingredients:
1 avocado (or 2 small ones)
2 kiwis (peeled)
a bunch of spinach (about one handful)
6 mint leaves
½ lemon (juiced)
1 tbsp Agave syrup (optional)
250 ml Cold water
12 ice cubes
Recipe:
Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender and add the peeled kiwis, spinach, lemon juice, agave syrup and water.
Blend until you have a smooth, creamy texture. Give it a taste - if you want a sweeter smoothie, add more agave syrup then briefly blend again.
Divide the ice cubes between two glasses. Pour the smoothie into the glasses and serve immediately for a fresh, vibrant green boost.
How to store
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
