Dessert Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
Incorporating vegetables into dessert with this sweet sweet potato recipe. These stuffed sweet potatoes are filled with delicious whole-food toppings and ingredients, making them perfect for the new year. We love it with a drizzle of tahini, dark chocolate chips and cinnamon but you can try other toppings such as stewed apple and cinnamon with walnuts, or yoghurt, nut butter and maple syrup.

Ingredients:
2 Sweet potatoes
2 tbsp Tahini
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
Recipe:
- Use a fork to poke holes all over your sweet potatoes and place them in the air fryer, no foil is needed.
- Air fry at 180 for about 35-45 minutes, or until soft, depending on the size.
- Place on a plate, open the sweet potatoes and top with your favourite toppings!
