Prep time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Total time: 35 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
10 strawberries (roughly chopped)
4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
150 g dark chocolate
Recipe:
- Add the strawberries and yoghurt to a bowl and mix until combined.
- Add scoops of the yoghurt mixture (about 2 tbsp at a time) to a lined baking tray or a large plate to form the clusters. You should have enough mixture to make 4-6 clusters.
- Add the yoghurt clusters to the freezer for 1-2 hours, until they are completely frozen solid.
- Once the clusters are frozen, melt the chocolate, either in the microwave or over boiling water.
- Remove the frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer. Carefully dip each one into the melted chocolate. Once coated, add the clusters to the lined baking dish or plate once again.
- Pop the clusters back in the freezer for a few minutes so that the chocolate hardens and the yoghurt solidifies a bit. Then dish up and enjoy!
