Celery Slaw
A delicious, and easy to whip up in just 10 minutes, this slaw is a winner every time.

Ingredients:
6 celery sticks
100 g natural yoghurt / vegan yoghurt
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp olive oil
½ lemon
4 tbsp parsley (chopped)
salt & pepper
10 pecan nuts
Recipe:
Finely slice the celery and set aside. Add the add the yoghurt, tahini and lemon juice to a mixing bowl with some salt and pepper. Mix well to combine, then add the celery, parsley and pecans. Mix well and enjoy!
How to store
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
