Celery Slaw

A delicious, and easy to whip up in just 10 minutes, this slaw is a winner every time.

Ingredients:

6 celery sticks

100 g natural yoghurt / vegan yoghurt

2 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp olive oil

½ lemon

4 tbsp parsley (chopped)

salt & pepper

10 pecan nuts

Recipe:

  1. Finely slice the celery and set aside. Add the add the yoghurt, tahini and lemon juice to a mixing bowl with some salt and pepper. Mix well to combine, then add the celery, parsley and pecans. Mix well and enjoy!
