Broccoli Gochujang

Made this easy snack or side dish using the Korean chilli sauce on Oddbox Market place. A quick and delicious way to elevate broccoli.

Ingredients:

1 broccoli

1 tbsp Gochunjang sauce (from Oddbox Market )

1 tbsp sesame oil

a pinch of sea salt

4 tbsp Yoghurt

2 spring onions (sliced )

Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/160c fan/4 gas mark.
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. In a bowl, add the gochujang sauce, sesame oil and a generous pinch of sea salt. Mix to combine.
  4. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and toss well to coat. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with spring onion and yoghurt for dipping. Enjoy!
