Broccoli Gochujang
Made this easy snack or side dish using the Korean chilli sauce on Oddbox Market place. A quick and delicious way to elevate broccoli.

Ingredients:
1 broccoli
1 tbsp Gochunjang sauce (from Oddbox Market )
1 tbsp sesame oil
a pinch of sea salt
4 tbsp Yoghurt
2 spring onions (sliced )
Recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 180C/160c fan/4 gas mark.
- Cut the broccoli into florets and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- In a bowl, add the gochujang sauce, sesame oil and a generous pinch of sea salt. Mix to combine.
- Pour the sauce over the broccoli and toss well to coat. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot with spring onion and yoghurt for dipping. Enjoy!
How to store
Store in an airtight container, in the fridge, for up to 3 days.
