570 g Bold Bean Queen Red Beans ((with their bean stock))

2 aubergines

1 tbsp olive oil

1 onion

2 garlic cloves

1 tbsp tomato paste

2 tsp smoked paprika

1 Tin chopped tomatoes

dill (to garnish)

Sunflower Seed (optional - to garnish)

2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

3 tbsp tahini
