Apple Pie Chia Pudding
An easy chia dessert with quick caramelised apple chunks - yum.

Ingredients:
2 apples
55 g chia seeds
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla paste
400 ml almond milk
1 tbsp vegan butter (or coconut oil)
1 tbsp light muscovado sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup (for serving)
Recipe:
Add the chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon the vanilla and milk to a mixing bowl. Whisk well until combined, cover, and set aside in the fridge for at least 2 hours (you can also leave the mixture overnight).
Chop the apples and pan-fry in vegan butter with muscovado sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Cook for 5 minutes, or until tender. Add the apples to the chia mixture and enjoy.

How to store
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
