WHAT ARE WE DOING TO KEEP EMPLOYEES SAFE DURING COVID-19?
We are committed to maintaining a safe workplace and meeting our duty of care to our employees and customers. Measures taken to ensure the wellbeing of our team in line with current government guidelines are as follows:
Office based team members are encouraged to work from home wherever possible and have been provided with the relevant equipment to do this safely.
Protective gear and sanitiser is widely available at both sites to keep our team and others safe.
Safety and hygiene measures have been heightened at both our office and warehouse which include regular sanitisation and hand washing.
Strict social distancing measures are in place at both sites to greatly reduce the risk of transmission. We have reduced the capacity of our office and communal spaces at both sites to allow our team to be able to use them safely.
If a team member has to self isolate and cannot work due to the virus they will receive paid leave.
We will continue to monitor the government guidelines and adapt our measures accordingly.
