The superhero's porridge
Recipe from Oli W, our superhero packer
50 g oats
2 -3 spoonfuls semolina
1 spoonful chia seeds
1 spoonful cacao nbs
1 teaspoon bee pollen
1 spoonful hemp protein powder
prune or dates
To be prepared the night before.
Add a good portion of oats to a pan. Add 2 or 3 spoonfuls of semolina Add Spoonful of Organic Chia Seeds. Add a spoonful of Cacoa Nibs and half a teaspoon of bee Pollen. Add a spoonful of Hemp Protein powder. Add a diced up prune or date. Add some nuts of your choice. Add water until covered and leave in the fridge overnight.
Iin the morning, add half a chopped banana to the porridge and gently heat, stirring regularly, until hot and bring to the consistency you like.
Transfer the porridge to a bowl with the other half chopped banana in. Add Granola on top. Add fruit compote (Rhubarb or pears or apples or plums, gently stewed in maple syrup until softened and conserve like). Add lots of Maple Syrup - this is the secret weapon to a magical day !
